Whilst you all have been discussing the "State of the Art Ultra Cool Cosmic
Digital Stuff",
I've been re-gluing the tension bands on 40 year old Pentax H1a shutter
curtains!
Never did that before, if I was a drinking man now would be the time!
After waiting for the glue to dry and re-tensioning the curtains it actually
works again! ;-)

One question: There are two extremely small pinholes in the trailing
curtain, you can just see through the fabric in those two spots if you shine
a very bright light in from the front.
Does anyone now what the best paint, black stuff would be suitable for
sealing these?
Since it's just between the fabric threads there shouldn't be any flex or
stress on the sealer.
I would think it would be best if it were "rubbery" like the original
caoting.

TIA
Don

BTW: I sold the *ist film body and think I'll use a little of the money to
get a really nice Spotmatic.
Is this called "second childhood", "regression", "senility" or what?
