I posted a question of fixing a bellow's pinhole to the Zeiss Collectors group on Yahoo and one suggestion I received was for a product called "liquid electrical tape". It's sold in hardware stores and remains flexible after application. It comes in a small can with a brush in the cap. Just dab it on and let it dry.
I ended up using a small piece of electrical tape to make my repair so I can't confirm that "liquid electrical tape" works well.
