It does come up, and the usual conclusion reached is that it's optically
excellent, mechanically so-so. I think I remember Paal saying his was so
mechanically bad he threw it in the trash.
Mine was owned by a sports photographer before I got it, and was fairly
well beat up. It's a bit loose, but it works fine and produces excellent
images.
I showed it to a fellow lister a month ago, and I believe he went out
and bought one.
