I was rereading the Pentax PMA 2001 Press Release for the MZ-S. And I
keep coming back to one paragraph that begins: "Along with the launch of the
MZ-S, Asahi Optical will also introduce a selection of new lenses and
accessories to optimize the MZ-S performance."
As far as I've heard, the only new lens designed for the MZ-S is the new
24-90mm f/3.5-4.5 zoom lens. Any rumors, speculation, or pure guess work on
what these new lenses may be or when they may be announced?
If I remember correctly, "Photography Day" in Japan comes up on either
June 1st or July 1st. Could we expect word at that time?
