JCO BIG DIFFERENCE - read my last post. When they abandoned M42 in favor of K mount there was a huge gain, much better and faster lens mounting. With the *istD abandoning the K/M aperture setting, THERE IS NO GAIN. ALL LOSS.
REPLY: Thats debatable. Some prefer screw mount. I don't think the gain is huge. It is not true that theres no gain with the 'istD mount. For one, it is cheaper. It also sport more precise metering and more precise aperture setting from the body. P�l
