I've just converted it to sRGB - thanks for pointing that out. I have the Agfa scanner set to output Adobe RGB but as I don't use it often I tend to forget. The S20 is sRGB only so I don't need to convert.
Since most browsers assume sRGB it may look a bit better now.
On-film it looked slightly more red but my quick attempt to emulate this in Photoshop went a little too far. It can be dangerous to put a light box on the computer desk as there's just no way you can make the screen look like the slide!
