In this day and age anyone who would believe such a device would make a noticeable bulge under someones jacket has been living in a cave somewhere. Look around you. Cel-phones are hardly bigger than an matchbox. Mpeg players are smaller yet. Notice those two-way radios the Secret Service are using. Oh, you didn't? Well what makes you think a simple receiver would be more noticeable? Quite frankly they make teleprompting receivers that are nothing more than an ear bud and virtually invisible these days.
