Frank,

Not suggesting that you should do it, but have you thought about just
getting your film processed and having the roll scanned so you can view the
pics on the computer?  Electronic proof prints, and you can easily play
around with cropping, etc, then print whichever frames you desire.  Here,
depending on the lab, this works out to be less expensive than either
contact sheets or proof prints.
