My point wasn't so much to center you out for anything, as to point out that at one point you thought, no matter how reluctantly, that a social activist picture was a legitimate outlet for the art of photography.
Shel's picture is, like a lot of his work, social activism.
This is something that crosses cultural and political boundaries.
Social activism is about improving the human condition.
I am surprised, knowing where you are from, that you would have a problem with it.
