Dave -
Haven't read the other posts on this - I  shot tri-x 400 rated as 320 and developed
in microdol-x 1:3 at 75 degrees F for 15 minutes. It produced finer grain and better
details, I felt.  Can't show a proof of this online, but often photogs looking at
my prints thought I was shooting plus-x.   I never cared for D-76 and tried early
T-max giving it to a photo processor and didn't care much for it.
