Several years ago, I ran a series of tests that looked at film resolution.
The image you pointed at was part of that test.
Resolution and colour are not related, and I wasn't overly interested in whether what I posted to the net displayed absolute colour fidelity, since it was not part of my test parameter.
You will note the subject line: "Sharpest colour film", as opposed to "best colour fidelity film".
