Superia's color cast and aging (was: Sharpest Color Film)

Is Superia'a color cast related to aging?  I mean, does it change 
from fresh film (limit date 18 months ahead or so) to "aged" film at 
room temperature.

As the film is cheap and sharp, I'd like to know when to use it in 
oder to get the best color balance possible.
