My favorite high speed film in medium format is Ilford 3200, rated at 1600 but 
processed in between the times suggested by Ilford for 1600 and 3200. I like it in 
both straight D-76 or T-Max developer. In truth, it's hard to tell the difference, and 
the timing is quite similar if memory serves me. I rarely shoot high speed film in 
35mm.
