Yep, I bought mine new this year, and since the dealer had it not sitting on 
a shelf but ordered it from Pentax I'd say it's a rather new model.

Mine is an A anyway, not a K, I didn't notice that difference in your chart.

My SMC Pentax 50/1.2 is stop sign all the way (i.e. 8 blades).  Boz shows
two models for the K 50/1.2 at www.bdimitrov.de/kmp.  Mine is the earlier
"1:1.2/50".  I bet yours is the later "1:1.2 50" model, and somebody snuck
in an extra blade - maybe as a result of feedback from users, or they just
had a few extras on hand.  If you can verify that yours is the newer 
model,
then we can ask Boz to add it to his site.
