That's horrible! I can't tell if it's fungus or lens element separation, but you need to get a complete refund ASAP. As the lens has been grossly misrepresented, I'd try to get your shipping both ways refunded, too.
Ask the seller if he sent you the wrong lens. If he's selling that many items, it's possible he grabbed the wrong one to put in the box.
