That is not fungus. The correct term for what you see there is "ugly shit".
Now, "ugly shit" is not an authorized PENTAX SMC coating enhancement.
Further, no PENTAX lens, SMC or not, has ever had it's optical quality
enhanced by "ugly shit". Return this lens and tell the purveyor that you did
not authorize the "ugly shit" enhancement and you want your money back. If
you paid using Papal, talk to them first. They do have some sort of
"insurance."

I received Pentax A70-210/4 from ebay seller (Powerseller, >11000
feedback, 99.6% positive). It was described as optically MINT-,
without fungus.
