well it would be pretty dumb for the original poster to make a general statement that the tokina lens was more flare prone than the SMC pentax without assuming similar working condtions when making the comparison. I give him more credit than that. Are you trying to say he could be comparing SMC lenses with hoods to the Tokina without and then declarinig the tokina as more flare prone in error due to really faulty testing? jeeze... JCO
