There is no need to do Full Auto to get batch processing.
I usually select all pictures of one event, set the white balance accordingly and let it process the batch with that settings.

I can't remember whether we had determined that this software could do batch conversions or not: well,I just found out it can!
Select a bunch of files from a folder, click the Full Auto process icon, then click the TIFF or JPEG option you want. The program will then work through each one in turn - although not very quickly!
