Don't worry, we're not all pro's, just dedicated photographers. Some of us even use Pentax gear - for at least some of the shots. Anyway, this is the place to get helpfull answers conserning Pentax gear and photography in general - even to questions you never asked :-). There's a Pentax User Galley (monthly postings), and many of us post PAW's (Photo a week) or PESO's (Photo ever so often) on our personal web sites for everyone to see an comment. I am the new guy. I don't know exactly how this list goes, what is discussed in general but I will tell you a little about myself... I just joined this list simply because I just purchased a Pentax this week. My first SLR experience was a K1000 (which I borrowed on occasion from my father) and up until recently used a Zenit-E with a few different lenses, etc. I just purchased a Pentax Program Plus with all the trimmings (basically). My wife and I live on the Oregon coast, with no kids so I can dedicate some funds to camera gear instead of to toys for the tots... ;) Hope this post is not inappropriate or thatr the list is not meant solely for "pros".
