Jay,

Welcome.
Congrats on the Program Plus.
Is the Zenit-E the K-mount version?

I'm also an amateur as are most here.

Caveat #1:
About 2 times per year there will be a religious or political thread the
offends many. It dies within a week. Sometimes it's humorous discussion like
the current discussion about Australia and the idea that one can expose oneself
publically and it still be a matter of privacy.

Caveat #2:
We're all opinionated. But fortunately most of us are civil and will dialog
(or "dialogue" in metric) with people from up north and across the puddles.
Sometimes it's fun and only a few get caustic. They're easy to ignore. That's
what the trash folder is for.

Caveat #3 (a set of apparent axioms that are argued occasionally):
If you shoot film then you're behind the times.
If you shoot digital then you're forsaking the art of it all.
If you shoot both then you must be independently wealthy and have no business
here.
If you shoot neither, then what business have you here?
Pentax is the best. Except for large format. Or where Pentax doesn't make
products, in which case it's relly unimportant anyway.
Canon & Nikon suck. Just because.
God lives in Wisconsin. Just because. He likes curds.

Sincerely,

C. Brendemuehl
