Colors (or tones) that are out of gamut (can't be represented in the color space). Usually, it refers to the rough equivalent of burning out the highlights. I guess it could refer to the other end of the spectrum (blocking up the shadows), but I don't think I've heard it used that way. TTYL, DougF KG4LMZ
