Does anyone know of a source of where I can buy some sheets or rolls of the rubber grip material used on some 35mm SLR lenses in the 70's?? I have a few with stretched, loose, cracked, and missing rubber focussing rings that I would like to restore.
This material is black rubber approx 3/32" thick with a fine gridded surface on one side and smooth on the other. I'd be glad to find anything even close. I tried Home Depot so far with no luck....
