The closest thing I've found was from a rubber and hose supply company here in town. It was sold in 2' widths and was used for non-slip surfaces on work benches. A little over 1/16". It worked OK but getting the seam to look good was impossible, I've since used the rest for a non-slip surface on my work bench. Brilliant idea huh? I just gave them a call for pricing and they no longer carry the material. Maybe this'll give you a place to start though.
