Michael Reichmann told me he's getting more and more people attending his workshops who have never used a film camera in their lives. (He usually finds out when trying to explain some aspect of digital photography through an analogy to film photography and getting a blank stare in return.) They're typically people who have traded up to a DSLR after using digital point-and-shoots for several years. -- Mark Roberts Photography and writing www.robertstech.com
