-- Mark Roberts>> There is a new HP printer that does a very good job in BW. I have never seen one, but have heard alot of chat about it. BUT.... you must use their ink and their expensive paper.... there is no wide carriage model available and the paper comes in limited sizes and only one texture. Many of us would like to see another maker take up the challenge to Epson in the fine art print making area. I use an Epson 1280, with an MIS CIS system using UT2 pigment inks which saves alot of money on ink compared to buying the individual cartridges. As for cost, no matter what brand you buy.... you get what you pay for. Jerry in Houston
