Both the 300 f/2.8 and the 600 f/4 lenses use the same 43mm, six filter kit: "Y48" (yellow-green), "R60" (red), "O(oh)56" (orange), "L39" (appears clear), "Normal" (appears clear), and "Cloudy" (Skylight or 1A).
Both lenses shoot neutral color without a filter installed.
