Can't speak to "friendliness" as it has been a long time since I dealt with B&H on the phone (instead of just ordering stuff on line) and I've always dealt with KEH on line, never on the phone. Back when I used to deal with B&H on the phone, I had no complaints about their level of friendliness, but as I say, that was a few years ago. But reliability and speed, yes, I would consider them comparable. They are the only companies from whom I've ever bought camera equipment on mail order. (Other than one focus screen I bought from Friendly Peter In Sunny Brighton.) ERNR
