In that case, the eyepiece of the SFX/SF1 cameras is the same
M-series size as the other M and A series Pentax cameras -- wouldn't
any off-brand eyepiece sized for Pentax fit it?

The guy I am trying to find the eyecup for no longer cares about the
ready light, he just wants something that will fit his eyepiece.
I'd check if the istD eyecup fits, except that Pentax Canada is
pulling a CRKennedy at the moment, and isn't sending out special
orders, and I don't have an eyecup for the istD at the moment.
