My wife used to shoot with her father's old Topcon and took very nice pictures with it. but carrying around the Topcon and 3 lens kit was very tiring on a long walk. After I refused to carry it one day I commented that modern cameras were lighter and that we could share lenses (i.e. I could carry them as I would take them anyway, and she could use them). About a month later she had bought an MZ-3 and 43 limited lens. We still argue about the ownership of the 77 (but I get to carry it). If she is interested in manual focusing, then she should buy Pentax because it has the best viewfinder for the job. Leon http://www.bluering.org.au http://www.bluering.org.au/leon
