Off all the time. Then when I get home, I put my CF card for ~7 minutes in D76, gentle agitation every minute. Fix, wash and it's ready for Photoshop. No really, I don't use the screen too much. Who cares about exposure, if the picture is bad the moment will be gone anyway.
