I do not believe Pentax would change the RAW format in an existing camera; that would lead to too many problems. We might see some of the *ist-DS features show up (I'd like to see the instant histogram review; off-hand I can't remember what other capabilities the *ist-DS introduced). Judging from some posts made on the Adobe forums, I'm not sure that the Adobe DNG developers do know anything about the Pentax RAW format. But they wouldn't have to - to get DNG support into a Pentax camera wouldn't involve Adobe.
