It takes up the whole block between park ave south/8th street and 9th
street -
I think.  They left the facade facing park ave south, thank goodness.  It
housed the
courts for traffic tickets at one point, I recall.

I was lucky with the light - and that I had the camera with me - but it is
a fertile
field right now.  grab shots 'r us :)
