No one has to pay Canada Customs a "brokerage fee" - it is just UPS' way
of screwing us over. They're charging you this fee because they had to pay
the duties for you ahead of time when the package went through customs.
Can Post just charges a flat $5 handling fee to get it across.
So it's best to use USPS. A side benefit is that if you get ripped off, it
is considered mail fraud which is a felony.
