UPS is simply ridiculous. Once they showed up on my door and charged me CAD3x duty too. When my sister and I opened the door, we were surprised to see not "one", but "two" UPS guys. Sure they had great smiles, but neither my sister nor I did welcome it. No wonder they charged me so much duty! My other sister ordered something from US and it was supposed to be cheaper, but she was charged by the ridiculous CAD3x duty again.
