the reason for my inquiry is how to trigger them with a standard mechanical release cable like the dual one used on the autobellows units. I think I could make one though so I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
My workaround for this is to use the bellows end of a dual release on the bellows, leaving the camera end loose, and using the remote release to trip the shutter.
The manufacturers seem to have completely forsaken bellows users with the new generations of cameras.
