Delete in computereze really only means "delete the directory entry" the file remains and can be recovered as long as it has not been written over by something else. Actually the fornistic experts are claiming they can recover vertually anything now no matter how many times it has been overwritten, so do not put anything incrimination on magnetic media. I imagine a nucular magnetic pulse will still do the trick however.
