I didn't have to do the H shape hole, the plastic is stiff enough that I stick the 200T in and it 'snaps' right on to the slots that mount filters on the flash. ;-) I've got the foil in, the thing I need to do is find some white material to soften the light a bit more. The flash is too close to the lid for the lid to diffuse it much. I've got some tracing paper around here somewhere, might work if I can find it. ;-/
