I think it is based upon reflections, but it could be a very cleverly done montage. The TAXIS sign, the guy drinking coffee across, the street the motorcycle, the trees which seem to be inside the salon... It is all very intriguing.
However (aside to list), that is a blow dryer in her hand, not scissors or clippers.
