There's a building downtown that I'm in every so often (but never with a camera, it seems) that has a door coming up from the basement mailroom. On the door, is a sign "This Is Not an Exit", and about 6 inches to the right of the door, is a blue button with a sign below it saying "push to exit". Your photo reminds me of that door. One of these days, when I have a camera with me... <g>
