I'm with you, Juan. I'd buy a DA 24 f2.
I got tired of waiting, and discouraged by reports that Pentax will concentrate next on consumer lenses. So I bought the FA 20 f2.8.
I don't understand why Pentax brought out a gimmick lens -- the DA pancake -- when there is such a clear need for real lenses. Their market people must think that a gimmick lens will sell, perhaps especially in Japan.
