The fact is the amount of caffeine in your tea or coffee depends upon how strong you make it. The typical restaurant coffee has less than a chocolate bar, coffee shop coffee has more, Turkish coffee probably about 10x coffee shop stuff.
How do you do your tea, if you drink it weak, black, and unsweetened like I do it probably has less caffeine than that candy bar, or a Coke.

Apropos of Nothing - I have never drunk coffee. I drink water pretty exclusively. Although I am think of drinking green tea for its reported diet effects (helps one lose weight). Only I am not sure about the caffeine. I've never liked caffeine. OTOH, most chocolate has caffeine. I wonder how much green tea has in comparison to most chocolate bars?
I am not contributing to this discussion, at all, am I? :-)
But maybe someone knows the answer to my question.
