I have this lens. I used it a lot. One day I noticed what I thought
was fungus growing on the back element. I thought it was my fault for
keeping it out in the moist air we have down here for long periods of
time. I just recently found out that it is a defect. I would not
recommend this lens for this reason. I bought this lens new when it
first came out. It is now useless due to no fault of my own.
