Wow.. Calling a guy you dont know a mindless twit
because of his opinion of an inanimate object. Such
hostility.

I personally think his take on the istDs is great. If
your view of a good camera is high speed flash synch
or FPS or the ability to rent lens, or any number of
specifics that the istDs does not deliver then the
istDs really is an utter piece of crap compared to the
D70. If you need a feature and any camera does not
offer it, then discussion over. You dont need to
actually use the camera. So his opinions are VERY
valid. Now I personally could care less about those
points and love the istDs so much that I am
considering switching from Canon to Pentax for my
digital SLR needs. And you know what.. His article
has actually convinced me more that the Pentax is rite
for me because of his honesty. I have a different
OPINION than Ken, and different needs in a camera
system so what does not work for him works for me.
You however view your different opinion as indicating
he is a mindless twit... again .. amazing.
