You should expect to pay almost that much for a decent JBM blend.

I wouldn't expect anything decent at that price ($27/lb?). I was paying that much ten years ago - the last time I saw Blue Mountain from anywhere I trust the price was around double that (and it wasn't all that good, either; I bought a very small quantity as a test).
