Good observation, Luigi. And nice blog, by the way! Last summer, we went to a free waterfront concert of the Black Keys, a two-piece blues band. It was early evening but it was a cloudless day and the light coming in from the west was great. I had my carry-everywhere camera but not my istD, and boy, was I kicking myself, because they let everyone come down in front of the stage to dance. My husband took his little camera out when we got down in front, but I just stood on my bag and danced. Still, I saw one or two people with SLRs, and I was wishing I'd thought to bring mine. At least my little camera shoots 3-megapixel RAWs, and I got a couple of decent snapshots from where I started out sitting. Amita
