It's used on a Leica or camera with a similar mount, like the Voightlander,
or some early Canon or Nikon rangefinders (I think the 12mm is a Leica
thread mount).  There's also a Lerica thread mount to Pentax K adapter, but
infinity focusing is lost with that, although I wonder if that would be
much of an issue with a 12mm lens.  BTW, the 12mm is rectilinear.  The
lenses noted below are fish eye.

There are also a few 8mm lenses.  A Nikkor 8mm/2.8 (I think that's the
aperture), a Sigma 8mm/4.0, and a Peleng (Pelong?) 8mm (not sure of the
aperture though).  It's possible that the Peleng and the Sigma can be had
in Pentax mounts or used on Pentax with an adapter, but I'm not sure.
