You don't have to resave (thus losing quality), just fire up
IrfanView, go to thumnail mode, select all files you want EXIF
stripped and press Shift-J , this is "JPEG Lossless transformations",
including lossless rotations and "Clean markers" which can be used to
delete all metadata from the file.
Also, the commandline tools like jhead can do the same thing, and on
commandline.
