On our lone Windows box, we currently have an 80GB drive divided into a 20GB system/programs partition and a 60GB data partition which is primarily used for film scans and digital video. The Photoshop scratch disk is on the data partition and the page file is on the system partition. No troubles so far. I do like Frantisek's partitioning scheme, though, and would recommend his over mine.
