I'm not normally a "conspiracy" type person, but when it comes to Lack Of Public Exposure For Pentax, I am strongly tempted. For instance: There's a nice little documentary I saw (a few times, 'cause I taped it) of the Klums photographing fishermen and eagles. There were several great, tack-sharp, close-up views of Nikon's name on the front of Mr Klum's camera. A shot or two of Mrs Klum's Leica also showed off the name. In the scene where Mrs Klum is on a boat, photographing the fisherman with either a PZ-1 or PZ-1p and an AF500FTZ, there is probably NO WAY to recognize those items unless you happen to already be familiar with Pentax equipment. Can this really be happenstance? ERNR just asking for a little Respect ...
