I like this just the way it is.. It has an asymmetry and balance that are very pleasing. It could stand to be a mite sharper maybe; but maybe not as the softness and warm tones you've rendered it to are very pleasing too.
Also, I am not really sure how you people shooters do it, because they MOVE.
Yes, they do... That's what makes it fun. ;-)
